Dear Friend,
As we begin the Jewish New Year, Chabad of NW Metro Denver is kicking off it’s High Holiday charity campaign 200 STRONG.
The campaign’s goal is to have 200 Community Partners participate in supporting Chabad of NW Metro Denver’s community outreach activities during this trying time.
How will Chabad utilize your gift to impact the community when social distancing is the order of the day? Creatively.
We deliver. We pack our car full of “Shabbat in a box” to deliver to community members. Be part of continuing the Shabbat connection with a $54 donation?
We inspire. Since shut-down orders came through, we host our Judaic classes online. Keep the classes going strong with a $72 gift.
We remember. Being Jewish means helping beyond the borders of the tribe. We raise the spirits of our front-line heroes. Take part in supporting essential workers with a $108 donation.
We laugh. We deliver Hebrew school activity packs and Zoomed to our students’ living room. The best part is hearing the kids laugh! Turning Hebrew school in Jewish home school was a big expense, but so worth it. Your $180 donation keeps the Hebrew school into the New Year @home going strong.
Of course, we are adapting Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur services to mesh with Health Department guidelines. No one will be turned away. But this year the logistics are different... very costly. Help us make sure no one is left in the cold this Rosh Hashannah with a New Year’s donation of $360.
To become a 200 Strong Partner, please consider making a donation of one of the above amounts.
Wishing you a Shana Tova and a Happy and Sweet New Year!
